About Me
Arlene Peterson is a born “Go-Getter”, audacious speaker, educator, and consultant who has been mentoring staff, students, executives, and higher education professionals for 15 years. She has a passion to educate those who do not “know” simply because no one ever told them.
Arlene gives precise solutions that are proven to help change behavior within a short-period of time. These are often decisions and behaviors that affect an employee’s reputation, ability to be promoted, workplace environment, and career trajectory. Years of experience as a Chief Diversity Officer and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration have given her the opportunity to learn the best approaches to use with all levels of employees for any personal career or workplace problem.
