Arlene is the consummate professional. She is passionate about her work and she delivers results. For as long as I have known her she has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to contribute her insightful perspectives and competencies to whatever she is doing, be it professional or personal. At my request Arlene led a workshop for one of Pace University’s student initiatives titled Leaders of Color. She was phenomenal. Moreover, Arlene is a hard worker whose level of zeal for her work is laudable and refreshing.
